The present Terms of Reference is related to the employment and contracting of an experienced individual in the area of ICT, telecommunications and CAP (Common Alerting Protocol) compliant Early Warning Systems (EWS) (backbone, sirens, PC broadcast alerting, RDS, SMS, VMS, radio interrupt, etc). This service is part of the Community Alert Project implemented by UNDP Barbados and the OECS and financed by DIPECHO.
