Winds: East-northeasterly at average speeds between 19-24 km/h or 10-13 knots with higher spells over coastal waters and elevated terrain.
Seas: Moderate: Heights of 1.8m or 6ft ; Small craft operators should exercise caution against marginally safe seas.
