23rd April 2018 – Synopsis: The windflow in the mid to upper atmosphere will push medium and high clouds over the BVI today. Meanwhile, the close proximity of a weak trough in the lower level will fuel brief showers over these islands today.
Today: Mostly cloudy with a moderate chance [60%] of brief brief showers
Tonight: Decreasing clouds with a slight chance [20%] of a brief shower
Winds: East-southeasterly with average speeds between 19-24 km/h or 10-14 knots becoming easterly by this afternoon.
Seas: Moderate with heights of 1.8m or 6ft. Small craft operators are advised to be cautious against marginally safe seas.
